What is the real use of a LLC for a rental business? I am new at this and how would the umbrella insurance would cover me vs an LLC

I work in building sciences. If you are building make sure that your buildings have a good air vapor and weather barrier. If you need a consultant let me know, we will make sure you get all your product warranties, because if your conatructor doesnt install something correctly will void your warranty.

keneth spanaway is an area that is growing there is a lot of new construction there in the past years also is close to Ft lewis and that is a flow of tenants. I am looking in tacoma as well but i am focusing on multi family. We'll see how that works. Since i am using a VA loan, zero down but not every one takes it.
