So I downloaded the a contract that was specicfic to my state online. It's the regular real estate contract they have online. If I change anything on the contract should I have an attorney look throught it first?

Im glad to have found this forum and I would like to introduce myself. I'm a young guy in his mid 20's and I'm looking at breaking into wholesaling as a start into real estate. I have been doing a lot of reading and studying on it but I still have some questions regarding certain aspects of the biz. I've been lurking here a while and this seems like a great place to network.

I've been lurking on this forum for some time now; everyone here is great and very informative. I'm new to wholesaling and I have been reading and studying about it for some time. I still have lots of questions but I'm still learning and studying.

Corrrect me if I'm wrong but from my understanding I can get my local realtors contract and use that one for my assingments/double closings? But from what I have read they are usually long and full of legal jargon, correct? From what I've seen on this forum alot of you seem to recommend a 1 page contract for all transactions, correct? Would someone be willing to PM me their contract that they currently use? I would be extremely grateful. By the way I live in the state of South Carolina if anyone knows some of the laws down here that could contribute to my questions. Thank you all.
