Hey BP community 👋 newish member here and excited to connect!

I’m Guy Shklar. My first career was as an architect, then I shifted into project management for developers — and over the years I’ve led 500,000+ sq ft of multifamily & mixed-use projects from first sketch to ribbon-cutting.

Right now, I’m hunting for redevelopment opportunities in MBTA Communities Act districts (currently focusing on Medford) and looking to team up with JV partners, GCs, architects, and other seasoned developers.

I am in the midst of my search now. I have a few potential properties on my list; currently all are 3-5 units, based on my budget solely. We live in Brookline, MA, for the last few years. I have been studying the Springfield market for several months now; just beginning to get the feel of it.  Feel free to let me know if you are still looking for potential partners, since in the multi-family market bigger is usually better.

Hello Bostonians,

We have just had our offer accepted for a large single family, on a very big lot in Roxbury. As part of the inspection, we are looking for an architect who is experienced with the Roxbury market, to provide zoning analysis/ feasibility study. We want to review our assumptions and get a better understanding of our options in regards to the timeline, variances etc.

Any recommendations would be appreciated.
