Investment Info:

Single-family residence fix & flip investment in Van Buren Point.

Purchase price: $95,000

I haven't put eyes on the property as of yet. My appointment to tour is this week. I know the area because it in a part of the City I've lived in for over 15 years.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

I'm out in the field helping buyers to find properties to invest in and do well. Because they are repeat clients. I started to look at myself and do the same thing

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

I'm a Licensed Realtor and I find deals like that all the time on the MLS. I haven't made an offer yet.

How did you finance this deal?

I'm in the process of learning and looking for Hard money lenders and Private Investors.

How did you add value to the deal?

Not yet

What was the outcome?

To make an offer after my tour of the property.

I'm a License Realtor in Maryland, MD starting to venture into a different niche of real estate. Moving into Fix and Flips, I would like to speak and interview a few Hard & Private Money Investors/Lenders who are looking to help and assist me on this experience and make a profit.
