First, I just want to thank you for your time of reading and responding. 

I live just outside of Vancouver and recently sold a single family investment property I had. The market here is insane, so I have been looking at other options. I came across a podcast talking about Saint John and after doing some research I think it may be a great opportunity for me to get into MF investing. 

I am still in the beginning stages, but would love any advise and/or connections for the area. I would like to get in contact with a real estate agent and property manager. It would be great to hear others experiences of owning out of province properties and the challenges that comes with.
