Hi every one. I'm a new investor and finally after long years working and listen to book and podcast, I got my first deal closing soon.
I'm currently waiting to close on a house on March 29. I have 0 expertise about fixing a house. The house need to replace roof, siding, and outside stair way have some damage. Inside need a handy man to help with some cosmetic work. I'm seeking for advices and referrals. Thank you all and have fun investing.
