@Alex Chinthank you for the heads up. I try to make it.

@Eric ArmyIt is actually a good point that I can be help the contractors and who ever needs some sketches down and get connected. I never thought about it this way.

I will be registered very soon, but not yet. I thought my registration is not that important in investing. Specially when it is not needed for small project, but it is good if I want to have my own practice.  

Thank you again and it is nice to see some other architects going through this path as well.

Hi!

I just moved to Seattle some couple of months ago and start using BP.

I am an Architect with 5 years of experience, I like to do the actual work and not sitting at the desk. But I don't really know how to start. 

My goal is to get started with flipping and looking to work with some one more experienced in the area to get know the business and get some connections.

I would appreciate any of your help or suggestion to get started.
