I have a property in downtown orlando that is mixed use Commercial and Residential. My current insurance company is dropping us just like many other companies are dropping customers. I never had a claim. I had our insurance rep try to find us a company that would insure our property but because it’s mixed use most companies will not cover the property. He found one but it won’t cover storm damage which doesn’t work for us in Florida. Has anyone had this issue? Does anyone know of a company that will cover this type of property? Thank you in advance.

I own a commercial property in the outskirts of Orlando Fl. It’s an office building that over 100 years old. Insurance is sky rocketing with less coverage, due to hurricanes I’m assuming. Anyone recommend insurance companies that cover old buildings? Thank you in advance.

Hello we had our first bad tenant who broke the lease. And didn’t pay the early termination plus utilities 

I would like to report him to the credit bureaus. Can someone give advice on how to do this so he won’t do this to anyone else.
