Hi! My name is Hannah Balkenbush, and I'm 19 years old. In the next 3-6 months, I'll be creating a business in real estate. After reading several books, I want my business to specialize in short term rentals, but I'm open to other avenues if the right opportunity presents itself. I know I'm a complete beginner, but I'm passionate about creating passive income, and I'm excited to see where God leads me in this endeavor. Is there anyone who specializes in short term rentals that could give me advice on just starting out? Thank you!
