Hi everyone! I'm a wholesaling newbie in Charlotte NC (I'm actually sending out my first postcards this week so that's pretty exciting ). I would love to connect with those of you who are in the area and those who familiar with charlotte's market. In addition to mailing lists I'm looking for some other good marketing strategies.
