 Hi @nathan Miller - you make good points but I have to disagree about a few things..

1. I follow stocks pretty closely (we are on an investing site..) and AppFolio is a publicly traded company as of last year. They are doing surprisingly well on the market and according to their last earnings call, they already have a date to be profitable. They also float their own cash for ACH transfers/etc which means they have $$ in the bank.

2. It's all inclusive..really not that expensive in the end. I was on buildium and spending $80 a month for the software, but then $100+ per month on all the fees they tack on. Plus the service and accounting was terrible. I was ready to chuck my computer out the window thanks to the bad accounting..

AppFolio is like the Apple of property management software. They're more expensive, but the value is there if you want the best.
