what is the url of your site?
I have been researching this site for a few days now and I want to start looking for deals on residential mulitfamilies.
For my benefit and the benifit of the rest of us noobies (and veterans), I am asking that everyone try to post how they find great deals on homes/rentals etc.
These can be:
Websites
Referals
Clubs
Foreclosures
etc etc....any way people find great, cheap properties.
