If you are marketing as an Agent, then yes you need to obviously disclose as well as put your brokerage. If you are marketing simply as an investor, then you don't need to - unless you decide to cross the line into "well I can do this option for you b/c I'm a licensed agent." If your conscious gets the best of you, just disclose!
