Is there any investor here purchased through BUCKS COUNTY SHREIFF SALE, it's my first time attneded this auction, after done title research on property at prothonotary office found that sheriff office didn't serve all lienholders in Notice. Affidavit, 231 Pa. Code r. 3129.1

so if the 1st position (mortgagae ) been served means all other lein holders will be wipeout even if not served Notice. Affidavit, 231 Pa. Code r. 3129.1 ????

Hi, i bought a property in LEHIGH COUNTY PA , Sep 2019 , and later on found out there is old lien ( Mortgage ) open not paid off on previouse owner for amount of 81K i'm living in the property over 2 years now and no on comeafter or send notice , the mortgage from 13 years ago and sold many times last company went out of busniess on July 2010 and don't know what company step in , so what is best way to clear it and sell the property, if i find a lawyer do Quiet title action and court sent notice to mortgage company (old one which went out of busniss and definitly new mortgagee or bank took over  make future mail forword will received the notice , i'm worry if i file Queit title action claim at court then mortgagee  received the notice and reponse to dismiss the case at court , if that happend what is my option or what supppose to do if new mortgage show off

I won the bid on a house at a PA  upset tax sale auction 4 month ago. My wife and I spent 3 days prior narrowing down the list of properties to parcels that were worth bidding on.

Well, I made a mistake and I'm owning that mistake, literally. The property that I bought has a mortgage on it (according to the current owner) that makes the deal not worth it. We did not see any mortgage for this property when we were researching the deeds. I am going to re-research the deeds, I feel the mistake has been possibly made by checking the owner's name spelled one way and not both ways. (Stephen - Steve) The bank with the mortgage is Ocwen, which have bought foreclosures from in the past and have heard they aren't the most up and up bank. Another possibility is that the mortgage hasn't been recorded.

If this mortgage is real and active, I don't want the property. I know the motto is: buyer beware. I get that.

I also now, that if you get yourself into trouble, there is always a way to get yourself OUT of trouble.

So Please who have previous experience with this major problem can guide me
