No problem, I would never ask for anyone to vouch for a referral but can you give me more info so I can at least contact Northpointe, I can't seem to find them? Do you have the full name of Northpointe, or the state they are located or a phone number?

Thanks for the info, Eric. Do you have a web address for Northpointe or a location, I've tried to google the name and all sorts of other companies come up.

Our company is a hard money lender, Northwestern Financial but only on non-owner in the Detroit tri-county area.

We are running into problems with our non-owner refi's. Example, borrower's middle FICO is 686 with absolutely no lates, has 8 mortgages on his report - this would be 9th, owned subject property for 12 months, full doc, no cash out just rate and term, LTV is 48%. He bought this house for $28,900 put $5,000 into repairs, has great reserves and we keep getting denials. Anyone know of a lender we can submit this to that is closing deals like this one?
