While they will let you hold title in the companies name, you will still need to personally qualify as a principal in the transaction.

Anyone who owns a 20% or greater controlling interest in that company will have to provide credit, income, and asset information in order for the loan to be considered.

Depending on Debt Service Coverage, LTV, experience, etc... you may or may not have to Personally Guarantee the loan itself. But judging from the way the economy is, you would probably PG any decent loan offer you get anyway just to get the loan, right?

The income tax dollars go to the Federal Reserve to pay for the interest we owe their company.

Roads, Education, Police, Fire Departments and important stuff is funded by state income tax, other taxes (like sales tax), property taxes, tolls, lotteries etc... You know the bazillion other taxes that you pay? Yeah those are the taxes that actually matter in terms of funding the things that matter to you and I.

The income tax on an individual's labor or wages for labor didn't come around until AFTER the Federal Reserve and Central banking was introduced. And the money that gets sucked out of a man or womans wages goes to the Federal Reserve which is a private corporation controlled by elite bankers.

You mentioned "they" previously, so I assumed we were talking about the people who control the money.

Are you assigning an REO, or double closing to an end buyer?

Did you already talk to a attorney or title company to do the closing?

When you say "our" money, do you mean the tax payers? Or the people who are responsible for the national deficit?

Do you think our tax dollars go towards the deficit?

They tell us enough to make us feel informed.

That's because the people who financed it own everything that could influence the way we think and behave. The news, radio, major movie productions, etc....

Even if you show someone, you are labeled a "conspiracy theorist" quickly and people stop listening. We are so brainwashed as a society, that it's easier for people to shun you for pointing it out, than to actually have to think about it.

I am not saying we HAVE to abolish the FED, and overturn the way we have done things since 1913. But I think there should be congressional oversight. As of now, the Congress cannot even audit the FED.

It started with the Federal Reserve, where all failed monetary policy starts.

Of course lenders came out of the woodwork, contacted mortgage brokers about no money down subprime loans. Then brokers told their Realtor buddies, and everyone made a ton of money until the house of cards came tumbling down.

But you can ALWAYS follow the money back to the central banks. Which in our case is a private corporation called the Federal Reserve.

Imagine how great it would have been to be the cause of the bubble, knowing about it before it even happened. The only way you can have this type of power is if you print the money for our economy.

If it is two 3 unit buildings that are separate parcels then you need 2 residential loans.

Commercial is a whole new ball game. Appraisals cost more and take longer. Rather than Debt to Income the look at a calculation called Debt Service Coverage.

Down payments and closing costs are more expensive. Underwriting takes longer.

Lots more as well. But if its a strong deal, it may be worth it!

Karen, Perhaps you are correct about liberals and conservatives. I am sure that there are exceptions in both cases.

However no matter what; the people who control our nation and its economy are beyond party affiliation.

The last real prez was probably Kennedy. And I would be willing to bet if Obama grew a conscience and decided to become humanitarian, a lone wolf would probably pay him a visit.

One Currency?

Sure!

Why not go for One Language, and one government while we are at it?

Maybe we should just do away with Countries, and just be one big Communist world!
