@Erica Schubach sorry wish I could help you out. Any chance you would be willing to manage it yourself? A SFH is the easiest to manage and is not much of a burden on your time, especially if you have contacts of maintenance people on standby to help you in a pinch. I know it sounds generic, but like anything, it is all about the location and quality of the product. Look at the neighborhood, drive by the neighborhood, look at income and school ratings. See if it is a place you want to invest in. If so, run the numbers to make sure they work for you. What size properties are you typically looking for?
