Total scammers, they sent all documents to title and then asked for money. Nothing up front in the beginning and we're communicating with title so I thought they were legit. We went as far as closing and they never sent the wire. STAY AWAY

I signed up with a group in based out of Columbus where I'm investing for a 90day bootcamp challenge. They also have a mastermind that's similar in price to Thach's program. Let me know if you join and hoe you like it. Haven't ruled it out yet. I agree that you need a mentor in this business and even the greatest investors have mentors.
