I've left corporate and have begun pursuing hotel deals of $6mil+. I believe I have the sophistication, but not the balance sheet or track record to do these deals. I understand that there are co-sponsors out there who help people like me. Where should one go looking?

I also understand that hotels are a small club. The reason I am pursuing them is because of the interest rate environment. They are still high yielding and possible to do these days.
