Thabk you @Odie Ayaga. I'm serious about real estate, as far as Cocoa Beach as a location. Well it's not set in stone. I've visited a few times and I have not assembled a team yet. I'm still in the prospecting stage. My buddy who lives there is like family to me and he has an accountant, and an attorney in his family at my disposal. So I have a little bit of a head start.

Hello Ladies and Gentlemen,
I'm Harrison, I'm 29 and currently living in a suburb outside of Denver, Colorado. I'm originally from New Jersey! I've been out here for a few years now working in the oil field. I've come to realize that I no longer enjoy working 14+ hour days and I am now seeking a new way to grow and prosper! I have absolutely no back ground in real estate but that doesn't mean I can't succeed in it.
Bigger pockets came up in a conversation with a buddy of mine about a month ago. We have been talking about getting into real estate for years but never really made any effort to look into it. He had suggested I start listening to the pod cast and to say the least I'm pretty hooked on the idea.
However I do not wish to get started where I currently reside as the market is too pricey for me. My buddy lives right outside of Cocoa beach, Florida. I've done some research on the area and surrounding areas as well and it seems like a decent market to get started in. I'm driven, ambitious and very goal oriented. I'm turning to the Bigger pockets family to help me get started, I know it won't be easy but that's why this challenge will be worth it. I look forward to getting to know some of you and hopefully one day be considered part of the bigger pockets family!
