Hey Eric. How did it go for you? I am starting my RE journey in Greenville SC too and have been strongly considering House hacking as I am single and in my 20s. Would love to know how things went for you and lessons you learnt during the journey.

Hello folks,
I moved to Greenville, SC last year and would like to start my RE journey by house hacking in the GSP area. I am looking at buying multi-family units or properties with ADUs. Is it a good area to find such deal? Any recommendations, advise or connections are welcome. Thanks!
