I’m currently reviewing two multifamily opportunities that are showing strong interest from brokers and have real potential. I’m currently reviewing the financials and gathering all details directly from the brokers to move forward with the right partner.

I’m actively looking to build relationships with serious capital partners or experienced investors who are interested in long-term growth and creative deal structures. My goal is to create something real and long-lasting — not just flip a deal and disappear.

I do need help to get started and also hard money loan is not 100% financing I tried them and how can I learn to find good deals? I have to learn how to find good investors!

Is there any way I can get started it in real estate with no money I know about wholesale, but I like More to buy or sell or bild more bigger things I'm looking to do some deals together find some good deals and it's really hard but I don't stop Searching, if anyone has any ideas how please let me know???
