Question: I was wondering whether there is someone who would finance my purchase of a house so I could than sell it Rent-to-own, instead of me just facilitating the deal.

I have a property under contract, buyer wants to do USDA loan with seller assistance, how can I creatively make the deal work? Seller needs out immediately - possible to up the price and get assistance or something similar?

Hi All,

I am currently owning a few rental units and I am looking to get into the Property Management business. I would like to know how to overcome the challenges on getting started without a sound track record. Should I just start cheaper? marketing?

Hi all,

I've come across a deal that the seller is eager to get rid of and is ready to owner finance BUT.... first he needs to see 150k liquid in bank statements and 30% down....

I'd ask him for clarity but he designated

some friend as a middle man and I cannot get ahold of the seller.

What does you goes think is going on here?

Let me clarify, the property is on the market as a hotel but I would like to use it as a multifamily by collecting month to month rent.

There's not much for the hotels market here.

Question: I came across a deal in the hottest part of town for a deeply discounted price. The caveat is that the property is zoned for Hotel use. The trick is to charge monthly rents without a lease.

What can I do with the deal and who would be a candidate to invest in such
