Post: Why do YOU purchase income properties?

Really curious why investors purchase income properties, is it so you can live off the cash flow for retirement, fund your children's college tuition, quit your day job or maybe some other reason?  Just curious to know where the real estate investors minds are at these days :)

Try to avoid these states and markets if at all possible. Your best bet is landlord friendly markets like Little Rock, Arkansas or in Texas.  Little Rock and Memphis are great locations for investments! Get out of where you're at now before it's too late :)
