Does anyone know if you are allowed to have two refinances going on at the same time? What I mean is; I'm currently in the process of refinancing my primary home, if I get one of the two properties deeded to me, can I immediately start the refinancing on this property too?

@Ricky Davis thank you for the advice. This property is my wife's grandmother place. I was looking at doing all or most of the work myself and still work. The good thing is that everything would be new, so we should have a few years before needing to replace much. Unfortunately, we are in refinancing our home for a much better interest rate, so that will probably lock us out of getting this deal. I have been reading a lot, and ran the number about 15 times. My problem is to fold. I don't know what it would appraise for before or after renovations and the money down. I hate to loose this deal, and I keep thing that "if you want it, you will make it work" idea. Anyway thank you again.

@Tom S. That's awesome. That actually could be a good option. Especially with the no money down deal. I could do the same thing and refinance it ASAP after purchase. Thanks for the idea 💡.

@Tom S. You must have great credit? What are the terms for their loans? Did you have to put anything down?

@Ryan Blackstone I have looked into hard money lenders and so far it's not enough money for them to mess with. We are talking around 70k all in. My bank will give me some money, but I have to have 10 - 12k down that I don't have

@Ryan Blackstone well guys, As Braden says I guess I will give up and go watch some TV. Nothing is going in my favor, I don't have a stack of cash, and everything else is tapped out. Harvey broke.
