Thanks Kyria!

Exactly what I was looking for. That web page summarizes many options available to do with a vacant land.

I am contemplating on investing in an undeveloped land roughly 60 miles north east of McKinney.  I am looking for some monetizing ideas on this undeveloped land or any undeveloped/farm land .  eg: Timber, live stock, solar farm, farming etc.

Any thoughts or ideas are welcome.

I have a small residential lot which I bought through CA county tax sales in Oakland, CA.

It is on  an upslope in a desirable neighborhood. I need the boundries of this lot marked. I will be getting a survey at a later time; but at the moment I need to the markings so that I can tell the approximate location to interested parties.

Does have any idea how to accomplish this at a reasonable cost? Any ideas or suggestions are welcome.

Thanks,

RK
