My brother and I have been in been investing in Hawaii for the past two years and have experienced both good and bad deals. We would like to hear from some seasoned investors about the market here as well as find some partners to invest with. We believe that Hawaii will always be desireable even if it takes a dip in the market. There are a lot of good deals around we just can't get them all on our own. We would love to start building from raw land and have loans in place to do so with 100% financing for land and construction. Any advice or input would be appreciated.

My brother and I have been investing in Real Estate for the past year and a half, and have made both poor and lucrative investments. What we really want to do is start a REIT or maybe just a RE club for those who have interest in investing in Hawaii. We have several resources and ties to the community. We work in Real Estate as well as Mortgage, so we have a fairly good grasp on the market here on the Islands. Any input or advice would be greatly appreciated.
