Hi Everyone,

We are about to close on our first property this Friday and hoping to utilize the BRRRR strategy. We have a couple recommended contractors but we're hoping to add some more to our list to have the recommended 3 quotes. Our property is located in Cincinnati Oh in the North College Hill neighborhood. We are looking for someone to lay some floor, a full bathroom remodel, a general contractor, and a plumber. Preferably contractors used by bigger pockets members who are willing to do itemized bids. We appreciate any and all information this community can provide as we are so excited to be in this journey!
