Good Evening all,

As I am going through the resources I am beginning to think about setting up my business and business plan, and I came to a question I am pondering. What to name my real estate business. We currently have a Handyman business that includes our last name in the business name, and I am wondering if I should stick with something similar to that name for the real estate business, since we are already known and trusted in our area. Our handyman business has a 5 star rating and reviews and a lot of word of mouth advertising. What are your thoughts? Should I keep the name similar and make it an extension of the handyman business or use something completely different and keep them separate? Possible Pros and Cons?

No I wouldn't! Tax Records are public domain and should be free. If the county has online access you can search the records online, there are still some that are not accessible online, but i did Google "alameda county ca tax collector" and found the online access. So try that before paying for it because it is accessible free.

Hi! How's everyone today? What is your opinion/experience with Delinquent Tax Sales? I have a lot of delinquent tax properties in my area and the county is about 9 years behind on sales.

Heather

Thanks @Bill S. for the link, somehow that's not the page I started on when I started reading. Appreciate it!

I am in the process of reading The Ultimate Beginner's Guide, and would like my husband to read it with me, but he doesn't do internet or computers, so was wondering if there was a way I could download it or if there is a printable version so I can print it for him to read on paper rather than the computer.
