It is a conventional loan via Better Mortgages. We were told no trusts or LLCs. I know they do sell their loans. They are being very picky about knowing rent even though we only know one person this far out of 4 to occupy the property. I understand their concern - however when buying a rental you don’t normally start this process knowing the renter before you buy…is that correct?

Our First rental property, multiple tenants renting by rooms, my adult child being one. House is under Contract, Lender wants to know how to Vest Title. We currently have an LLC we made just for purposes of rental property investing but we are told it's not an option. How should my husband and I title this? Are we able to change title to our LLC after closing?
