Wondering if bigger pockets has any education on how to be a landlord! I’m looking to invest in Bettendorf IA or Moline IL for my first property as my niece needs somewhere to live then after that I’m exploring markets to get my second property.

Hello! I am a want to be REI! I'm excited to get started and have a goal to get a property by August of this year using creative finance. My niece is looking for a new rental to live in and that is my motivation.

I’m signing up for the creative Bootcamp in June. I’ve been following Pace Morby and Bigger Pockets for a while now. I’m ready to take action.

Are there any people in here in my area? Bettendorf, Moline, Davenport-Quad City Area? I would love to meet up and connect with people looking to do the same thing I am.
