I had been wondering about Pace Morby's SubTo community. This past Spring 2023, I wanted to join SubTo but I just wasn't sure about the cost and benefits. If you see his YouTube videos, he's very compelling and knowledgable. I've been reading and studying about Real Estate Investing for over 20 years--since reading Rich Dad, Poor Dad in my early 20's. I've read a number of books and even though I felt like I understood the overall concept, I just felt I needed something more hands-on and comprehensive to walk me through all the strategies I've been gleaning. When I saw Pace on a Bigger Pockets' podcast episode with Rob O and David Greene, I started really tuning in on Pace's Method. He really pushed the community learning and applying mindset and something just clicked. I ended up joining SubTo earlier this summer and it's true what they say, "it takes a village". The depth, breadth and scope of knowledge from Pace has been greater than I ever thought possible--in the sense that Pace is such a go-giver and his sharing never ends. If you ever wanted to meet that wealth-builder and wish you could get an inside look and see exactly what it takes to get from A-to-Z and beyond, this mentorship is a game-changer. Pace is a leader in revolutionizing what is possible in learning wealth-building skills as well as life-skills and community-giving skills. My family's life is changed not by SubTo but by the vision and height of where we all can grow. Horizons are broadened and skies the limit!

Did anyone sit through the free online "live" webinar? I did this morning. I doubt it was actually live. It was mentioned several times that no one could see the chat, but Pace assured us that he could see all our comments, and he would occasionally comment on the alleged comments. He even asked his assistant if he could get the chat turned on. (Of course, it never worked.) Any comment you made went "To admin only."  But a message from "Team Pace" would come through that said "Pace's team can see your chats, it's due to a tech error but all is working and good!" I made a comment about the earnest money that contradicted what he had said about it. Then when I made another comment that it was convenient for them that no one could see any comments made, my access was immediately terminated. I went back to the webinar through a different device and saw that they had also added a link to access his Gator Method for $2,997. Of course, it's for a limited time only, then they are going to "shut off the Gator Method" for about a year. It all seemed rather sketchy to me.

05/27/2023 - :) Yeah, it's a recording. The same exact thing was stated in the training that took place just a few minutes ago. There were a few hundred on, and he said that he saw the "thousands" of people on. That confirmed. :)

I just saw this also. It seems too good to be true and from past experiences I have learned whenever it is " too good to be true " it tends to be exactly that.

With that being said , if there are people profiting currently from the Gator Method please reply below and tell me your wins and the amount of deals / money transacted.

I actually had a meeting with Prime Corp Services and they offered the same Corporate Credit Coaching for the same exact price as Pace's Gator Method Training program Bonus #4."Establish a credit profile, credit score, and opportunity to apply for advanced credit/ OPM "other peoples’ money" to leverage for even more deals"

So, really, you're paying $1K more to going Pace's Training because it already includes Prime's Corporate Credit Coaching. That $1K essentially is paying for Bonus #1-3.
