Sí, Jay Walsh apareció siempre como CEO de ABC Capital LLC, Baltimore. Sin duda han montado un sistema para estafar a sus clientes, y no tengo idea de cómo están actuando en este momento. Hace meses que no tienen comunicación con nosotros, y abandonaron los inmuebles que debían haber administrado, de acuerdo a los contratos firmados con ellos. Hay bastantes personas que tienen quejas por lo mismo, sería muy interesante encontrar abogados que quisieran entablar una acción colectiva, ya que el "modus operandi" es el mismo en todos los casos. Firman el "Management Agreement", pagan la renta de los dos o tres primeros meses, y luego se desentienden de las casas y del pago de la renta. Aguardo sus noticias, muy cordialmente, Héctor

We've been cheated by ABC CAPITAL LLC, that signed with us a management agreement of our properties. Rents offered to as were paid only by the first two or three months, then the abandoned the properties, leaving unpaid taxes and other charges to the City Council, and with squatters into de houses. We're looking for a lawyer's firm to act against that company, preferably through a "class action", considering many properties were involved in that fraud.
