That’s what my local bank offer to me.

There is a nice invest home on my Neightbor hood that has been empty for more than 2 years. The old couple that used to live there past away and their family live out of town. I had been told by my realtor that the bank now own the property but it has been more than 2 years and it haven’t been listed for sale yet. is there any other way to approach at this home? I am pretty new on investing and I will really appreciate any advise.
