Hey all! I've been doing my homework on investing for a few months now, and I fortunately stumble upon this amazingly informative site. I'm a dentist looking to get into buy, improve, and hold real estate involving single/multi family homes.

Good morning all! I'm in the process of acquiring as much knowledge as possible about REI prior to making any ill advised moves. I have an interest in entering the small apartment niche and eventually (hopefully) transitioning into commercial. I'd be very willing to assist any experienced investors in the area with pretty much anything for get a better grasp on investing, and in particular investing in the crazy Austin area. Thanks!
