Thanks for the welcome and the links, I appreciate both.

Hello all, my name is Les Hegyes. My immediate interest is flipping houses on Long Island, Nassau county preferably, with plans to do some "buy-and-holds" out of state in the near future.

I currently work full-time but with the knowledge I've picked up lurking BiggerPockets for the past few months has really encouraged me to give it a serious shot.

I look forward to getting more involved on BiggerPockets
