Thanks Taylor for your response.  The devil is always in the details.  I do not recommend Peer Street as a vehicle for sound investments.  Have you ever invested with Peer Street? 

Has anyone been in a loan or several loans with Peer Street and they are taking forever to pay you back. Been in a loan for several years prior to Covid. Any recourse we have? 

HI Eric:  Thanks for responding.  I see more in the 7% range as well.  We have too look on the brighter side I guess since it is better than bank interest.  :)

HI:  I appreciate all the replies on Peer Street.  Are there any investors who have lost their investment in Peer Street after the default process?  Also, can you give some good recommendations on other credible crowd funding platforms with real estate backed loans?  Thanks, Heidi

HI:  I am interested in investing in the Note Fund.  Have these funds ever went belly up and investors lost their money?  Thanks for your insight on this.  Heidi
