Hi all,

I'm very interested in home automation and have been looking into ways for landlords to use it to be better informed about what is going on with their property once a tenant occupies it. In my search I came across this product, which seems to be catered towards the whole lease cycle: http://leaseyour.space/

Seems interesting to me even though I'm not yet a landlord. I'm curious about what actual landlords think. What are your thoughts about using something like this in your work?
