I am attending this 3 day work shop for this program called Fortune Builder on nov 6th-8th

Is there anyone in Houston that would like to come with me? I have already paid for it so it’s free for anyone that wants to attend if yall want to get more knowledge and meet new people, this is my first time attending something like this so I’m definitely going regardless but I wanna see if there’s anyone that is serious about this real estate in Houston so we can learn together.

@Barry Pekin thank you, here in texas they use the option agreement a lot which is easier to back out of the contract

Can someone please tell me what contract yall use for a wholesale deal, I see all these people talk about how they got the deal under contract but never talk about what paperwork they use

@Joshua Moore yes sir... Honestly I’m looking forward to get those lists, I already have some good scripts to use and I feel like I’m about to crush it as soon as I start calling!

@Scott Bottomley appreciate it, and yea I also used some other filters like 15 years of ownership at least and also high equity, today I’m gonna go to the probate court house and see if they can provide me with a list of probates or what I need to do to get it
