For me, it is mostly the fear of the unknown and the lack of knowledge of how to deal with this kind of business. I am striving hard to catch up by reading books and posts in this community. Also watching youtube videos. Really looking forward to buy my first property soon. :)

Hi everyone. I am new to real estate investing and was sent here after reading a book about real estate investing. I am not a US-citizen or resident but I am looking forward to learning a lot (and probably sharing a lot too) and buying my first real estate property in the near future.
