Hi everyone! I'm glad to have joined BP and looking forward to learn as well as seek advice and knowledge from all members! A little about me, I'm a young professional working in the oil and gas industry for about 3 yrs. last year I gained interest in owning property to either buy/hold or rent out, however I never pulled the trigger because of my lack of knowledge in this business. Now that I have a better understanding of the market (and where it may potentially go), I will be ready to make the best decision for my first investment property.
