Hello everyone,

I’ve always had the idea of getting into real estate (specifically rental properties), and I’ve done some research but still feel a little on edge and lost. I’m hoping to get some advice on how to get started on at least getting my first multi family property and what I should expect in this journey. I’m feeling a bit hesitant/intimidated but people tell me that’s normal. Just looking for some friendly advice from a more experienced group on what I should be looking for/doing and how to further move towards these goals. Is financial freedom truly possible with rental properties? Than you for your time!

Hi all!

I’m new to this entire process and for a while now I have been looking to get into real estate investing. I’m thinking mostly 3-4 family homes. I have yet to get my first, and honestly, it can be pretty intimidating (the entire process itself as well as the taxation/legal part). Just looking for advice on what steps I should take to start up and what I need to do to grow over time. Possibly multiple properties. Thank you for your time in advance!
