Hi Matt, I hope since you made this post you've found some direction on what you want to do with the land. Wanted to mention that if you did go the multifamily route, I am a direct lender specializing in new construction- we only do the vertical work. However, if you wanted to get some financing options on this project I'd love to be a resource.
