The idea that the market suffers through Democrat presidencies has been disproven...in fact,

Using the Dow Jones industrial average as the benchmark, Stock Trader's Almanac shows a $10,000 investment compounded during Democratic presidencies since 1901 would be worth $279,705 after 48 years. The same $10,000 investment during 56 Republican years would have been worth just $78,699. If you adjust for inflation, the value of a $10,000 investment under Democratic presidents is $33,426.The inflation-adjusted value under Republican presidents is $26,145.

They will most likely just continue to limit the kinds of guns that can be sold. Knowing this, people are rushing to get guns they know will A. not be available for very much longer or B. will be much more expensive.

This is just the beginning of the complete stomping the Constitution is going to get in the next 2 years. Just wait.

The Constitution has not done well under our current president.

Has the U.S. government ever actively tried to take guns from people?

I thought historically, they just limited who could buy what.

Yes, I hear that Boston is a great market to be in right now. So is Denver. There are a lot of multi-offer properties...so I like to go to those that are under the radar (FSBO's, Local Banks, personal referrals, etc.)

I realize that it doesn't put income into your pocket, but its still can make you wealthy. Particularly if you have the savvy to purchase well in a good area.
