I have no idea! 😳 Where should I start? Obviously investing right now isn't an option, however when I'm ready I'd like to already know where I'm putting my money.

Hi@Hillary Bingham

I love your enthusiasm and eagerness to begin on your real estate investing journey. Have you done much research in finding what asset class you want to invest in?

Hello from the North.

I am VERY new here, without ANY knowledge on investing of any kind. I am going through a major life change, and I am ready to learn what it will take to build a secure future for myself, Independence, and legacy for my children and grandchildren.

A year ago I had a home, a small cleaning business, and a spouse. Nine months ago I walked away, for my own well-being, with some debt and no place to go. Four months ago I essentially partnered up with a fellow business owner and gave her my clients to manage so I could focus solely on "starting from scratch". My focus has been work work work, getting myself out of debt, and hopefully by winter finding myself a place to live.

I am here to add to my learning experience. I am 48 with nothing aesthetically to show for the years I've put in. I am ready to move on and put my hard earned money to work for me, not me for it. My children are grown, I have freedom to grow,  AND with luck, I'd like to get there sooner then later.

I may just be the newbiest newbie in this forum.

Challenge accepted.
