Hi Guys!

My name is Hector, Im from Shrewsbury Mass. Im a real estate agent in Keller Williams Westborough and part of Elite Homes Group. Im learning about investing in rental units for cashflow. My real estate goals are to own as many multi unit rental properties as possible. Im currently seeking to build a portfolio buying and holding seller financed properties. I have invested in my financial education. My real estate experience and my relentless discipline will be combined into a system that will develop high levels of positive cashflow. Im interested in learning about new aspects of real estate investing, investing in general, buy and hold investing, low or no money real estate investing, and multifamily investing.
