This is based on you purchasing under a corporation?

How do you go about getting the same negotiator?

Do you request that "this file be assigned to _____ negotiator" ?

Or do you call that negotiator directly and say "I have another file for you" ?

I'd like to know because I am about to close my first deal with Chase, so I'd like to know what to do the next time I have a file with them.

James, so every time you have a short sale with Wells, you're able to use the same negotiator?

I explained it wrong earlier.

The title company's reasoning for the trust is for seasoning reasons.

And I got my approval letter yesterday...

"The problem is you title company is stating the lender for “C†can not start the underwriting on the B-C transaction while the property is still owned by “Aâ€."

Actually, it's not my title company that's saying that. It's BP members.
