No, I just mean do I hold the contract until I get a buyer or does it go to the title company before I find a buyer.

Need help.
I am currently trying to get starting with wholesaling but I need to no once you get the contract signed and you give your earnest deposit what happens with the contract until you get a buyer? And what kind of search do you do on the property and what is the cost.
