@Jon Klaus Thank you! I am very happy to be here. I am looking forward to making this a life-long journey. I plan to start with some wholesaling, then move to fix and flips with some passive income properties in the mix. I am excited!

I am just starting out in REI. I have a true passion for this and I want to make it work for the long haul. I have made some changes in my life that will allow me to dedicate a big chunk of time to this endeavor.

I am hoping to make it to the WCRT event in February, but I am also looking to network with some others in the BP community.

I am a Personal Trainer and have always loved this quote: "Pain is temporary. Quitting lasts forever." It applies not just to exercise events, but to anything in life that is challenging. I am ready to take some risks in order to get to my goals!
