@Florencio Moreno Just north of the Alamo Dome in Dignowity and Government Hill are seeing lots of action due to proximity to the Pearl Brewery, the new Alamo Brewery and general east side development projects.

I'm a Real Estate agent and I will tell you a Real Estate agent is NOT the person to manage your property.  Agents will take on property management hoping to get the listing at some point but we are too busy working with buyers and sellers to be effective property managers.  Hope I don't piss anyone off, but it's the truth.

Dignowity and Government Hill just east of downtown SA are interesting areas that are getting push from the new Alamo brewery and other east side development projects.

Any of the real estate investing groups will have wholesaling info and wholesalers to ask: Alamo REIA, Real Estate Investing Roundtable.

SA Cash Buyers has a monthly mixer as well.  All of these clubs can be found on Meetup.com.
